Events Sous Chef

As a Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef To lead the team of chefs in a hands-on positive way, to oversee the smooth effective, friendly & efficient operations. This involves ensuring that all staff are enabled to deliver a truly honest, warm and friendly guests experience. To demonstrate strong self-awareness and willingness to learn and develop skill sets. As a sous chef you will be responsible for achieving objectives with regard to sales targets, cost control, employee retention, and health & hygiene standards. To deliver an exceptional food offer in line with the specification of The Head chef & Management team whilst maintaining profitability.
