We are looking for an experienced and cocktail orientated Assistant Bar Manager to join our friendly, ambitious team. Our perfect candidate will focus on developing an exciting, fresh, seasonal, and vibrant cocktail list that works alongside the bar and food menu. Experience in managing teams and providing training is a key part of the role. This is 38-39K per annum, including Tronc. We work with the best suppliers using seasonal, British produce. In this role, you will give guests an engaging, informative, and friendly service. You will work as a team, communicating with the front-of-house team, maintaining the vision of Wild by Tart, and having a desire to constantly learn.
