We’re looking for professional hospitality staff to join our diverse FOH team. We have a supportive and nurturing work environment, we promote a culture of kindness amongst our team. Job description: Attend Menu & Service Briefings Run a section, knowing all guest orders, requests and status Intuitively read guests and react in appropriate way Handle guest complaints in accordance to Wild By Tart processes and procedures Understand the F&B and Non F&B offerings and operations of the Retail, To Go and Kiosk areas Ensure that there is a healthy working environment between all areas by communicating openly and frequently Health and Safety Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene legislation Understand all fire, first aid and accident procedures Provide a safe and secure environment for guests and team at all times All equipment and facilities are operated and maintained in line with the trained instructions Maintain clean and tidy-working areas at all time

Chef de Partie

An exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie looking to develop their career within an established brand. We are looking for an organised, responsible and motivated CDP with a positive and friendly attitude to assist in the general running of the kitchen. Key responsibilities: - To maintain company standards of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness - Ensure to comply with all legislation regarding food hygiene and health and safety standards - To ensure that all company policies are adhered to - To take and active role in coaching and developing junior staff and restaurant communication - To run shifts and stations efficiently, effectively ensuring all duties and daily prep are completed within the time frames - To consistently achieve the highest levels of service - To maintain Wild by Tart’s ethos and style What we look for: - Level headed and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable - Ability to work flexibly under pressure - A passion for great food and people - 1 years experience of CDP level within a kitchen - 1 years experience within a high volume branded restaurant operation - Highly skilled on each of the stations in the kitchen - Attention to detail in relation to food service (quality, portion size, presentation and consistency - You must be proactive in important areas such as health and safety and food hygiene Preferred: - Externally recognised food and / or health and safety qualification
