Sous Chef

From £32,000 to £38,000 per annum based on experience

The role involves assisting our Head Chef in running all aspects of the kitchen, from recruiting, training, leading and developing the kitchen team, to managing and understanding food costs, stock control, profit and waste margins and supplier management, as well as creating a strong relationship with the front of house team to ensure they remain informed and excited about the menu.


Chef de Partie

From £26,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience

An exciting opportunity to join the Wild By Tart team in our laid-back, neighbourhood restaurant in Belgravia, West London. The role involves working in a brand new, well equipped kitchen serving wholesome, farm-to-fork dishes made using high quality, local and seasonal ingredients, elevated with combinations of spices, flavours and textures.
