Chef de Partie

£14-£16 per hour (inc. tronc)

This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking team, with plenty of perks and a strong work/life balance. What we’re looking for is someone with experience in a busy kitchen with a focus on sourcing and seasonality, a Chef de Partie who can confidently run a section and closely follow our food standards, who can work as part of a team, embrace the kitchen culture and enjoy your work. The Chef de Partie will need to be organised, calm under pressure and passionate about food, have a willingness to help with the events kitchen when required, and be a team player who enjoys learning and collaborating. Waiter

What we look for: at least 1 year experience working during busy restaurant services, with good knowledge of the hospitality industry, enjoy new challenges and have the ability to inspire and support others, excellent organisational and time management skills, level-headed and consistent in nature, trustworthy and reliable, ability to work flexibly under pressure, and finally, a passion for great food, drinks and people. Reception Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Reception Manager or Head Host to develop their career within an established brand under forward-thinking and supportive management. What we look for: minimum 2 years Reception Manager or Head Host experience with extensive knowledge of the hospitality industry and restaurant operational systems, excellent communication skills, with the ability to write personable and professional emails, fluency in English, written and spoken, meticulous organisational skills with great attention to detail, able to prioritise a demanding workload, enjoys new challenges and has the ability to inspire others, level-headed and consistent in nature, and finally, a passion for great food, service and people.
